Job Description:
- Serving as a source of information for potential applicants and helping them with the admissions process.
- Answering incoming calls and questions about their courses offered by the ISMT.
- Evaluates transcripts and assigns students to appropriate academic units.
- Advise potential students on admission requirements and options, transfer/articulation, and related issues.
- Help plan in conducting programs for targeting, recruitment, and retention of defined groups of students, and visit schools, colleges to make presentations to groups and individuals.
- Develop associated enrollment programs and marketing materials.
- Visit schools and colleges, speak to groups and individual students, and meet with school officials to promote college programmes.
- Suggest students and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admission and other requirements, policies and procedures, transfer of credit, and financial assistance, as appropriate.
- Contribute to the ISMT database of prospective/potential and current students.
- Analyze trends in student enrollment and retention programs; designs and implements programs for targeted groups of potential students, and develops strategies for student enrollment programs.
