Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver career counseling sessions, CV/resume clinics, and interview preparation workshops.
- Provide one-on-one career guidance to students and graduates.
- Organize employability skill–building programs such as communication skills, workplace etiquette, and professional networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations, HR networks, and industry leaders to create internship and job opportunities.
- Coordinate student internship placements, track progress, and ensure compliance with academic requirements.
- Facilitate campus recruitment events, job fairs, employer talks, and industry interaction sessions.
- Design employability enhancement programs aligned with market trends and employer expectations.
- Introduce certification, training, and skill-development programs relevant to IT, business, and hospitality fields.
- Monitor market developments and advise management on emerging career pathways.
- Maintain a structured communication system with students regarding internships, workshops, and job opportunities.
- Strengthen alumni networks and engage alumni in mentoring, guest lectures, and recruitment activities.
- Track and report graduate employability outcomes and career progression.
- Maintain an updated database of internships, placements, and employer contacts.
- Prepare periodic reports for college management on employability performance and targets.
- Ensure annual placement goals and career-development objectives are met.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s in Business, HR, Education, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in career services, human resources, talent acquisition, or academic administration.
- Strong networking ability with proven experience in industry collaboration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Nepal’s job market and international education/employment trends.
